Tony has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and enjoys practicing all styles of yoga. He loves meeting students and sharing his passion for yoga with everyone, which is evident the second you meet him. Tony has had various well known mentors in the yoga community, educate him in yoga, body mechanics, and studio operations. He is CPR and First Aid Certified and has a Certificate in Meditation/Mindfulness. E-RYT200hr Certification in Classical Yoga Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Certificate in Yoga for Athletes, Certificate with Sound Healing Academy, studied basic Sanskrit and completed the 200hr YogAnatomy online training course through David Keil. He studies Traditional Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork with Famous Guru "Mukti" Micheal Buck with the Vedic Conservatory and a company called Acroyoga in Miami. He offers private sessions of Vedic Thai Assisted Bodywork (Free Consultations required before booking). Vedic Thai Assisted Yoga is a surrendering release which allows deeper physical and mental openings. Flowing rhythmic compressions using the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers are blended with exotic stretching positions and breath control. The techniques will effectively produce a balanced and harmonious symbiotic communication integrating the body’s vital systems. It is addressing the releasing of the energy blocks, freeing the energy channels of congested negative emotions and thoughts. Using a traditionally structured sequence that highlights breath and posture; the session becomes a moving meditation while building strength and flexibility. The goal is not only physical strength, but mental clarity and the reduction of life's stresses.
Joyce is a 200hr certified yoga teacher. Yoga has enabled her to create and build a strong foundation within herself, on her mat, and in her life. She believes to teach and enable this practice to others is a true gift, and from her strong foundation she brings a realness and true intention to her classes and students. With accountability and love from within her, she hopes to create and share this practice that has changed her awareness and overall life. IT'S ALL JUST PRACTICE!
Jamiee started her yoga journey January 12th 2017 in Om-stead Yoga Community Beginners Yoga Workshop with Adrian. She instantly knew that yoga is more than just physical movement, she noticed something more powerful happening. After a steady practice for about 2 years now, her favorite studio was introducing it's very first ever 200hr yoga teacher training, she knew this was for her, she graduated her training in mid June 2019 and is now sharing her passion with others in hopes that she can change lives with yoga as yoga has done for her.
Ana Maria received her 200-hour teacher training from Ian Darrah at Green Monkey in May 2014, her second 200-hour with GreenMonkey Powered by Bala Vinyasa in April 2015, and completed her Kid's Yoga teacher training under the guidance of Jill Rapperport. She is both honored and grateful to be able to share the gift of yoga and mindfully designs her classes with movement that builds upon itself and purposefully adjusts her approach in order to lead her students to a beautiful expression of self.
Isabel began her yoga journey a little over 8 years ago and became very consistent in her practice when she started going through several health issues and needed a positive and safe space to create self-love and feel grounded. Yoga was the most important element in her recovery and as she started to find healing and empowerment, she realized she wanted to share these benefits with others. This led her to the Yoga Loft located in Tampa,Fl. where she obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Isabel’s intention is to cultivate a loving and nurturing environment in her classes where she will guide others to find their healing and inner strength through yoga.
Melissa's yoga journey began when her gymnastics career started. Stretching and pushing her limits was her true passion but she wasn't able to pursue yoga fully until her first year of college. Now a psychology graduate and a certified yoga teacher via her college; she loves yoga more than she could've imagined. Having different instructors for the past three years has given her many perspectives on how yoga could be taught. She continues to grow and learn in her own practices. While constantly encouraging new yogis to join this mindful and beneficial lifestyle of yoga. Melissa enjoys helping others in their own goals both physically and mentally and her classes will show that.
Kim began her yoga practice in January 2015. After practicing consistently for a year and experiencing the many benefits yoga provided physically/mentally/spiritually, she decided to deepen her understanding of the practice by completing a yoga teacher training. This journey of self-discovery aligned her with a greater purpose - sharing yoga with anyone that can benefit from it’s healing nature. Kim is registered with Yoga Alliance and has studied vinyasa yoga with Hayley Milks as well as sampoorna hatha yoga with Shri Yogi Hari at his ashram. Although teaching has become a passion, she continues to be a student of the practice. She strives to encourage others to let go of preconceived limitations and judgments while practicing acceptance for the present moment. Her intention is to provide a peaceful environment where students will develop mindfulness and learn how to take their yoga practice off the mat and into their life.
Kristen began exploring the practice of yoga in 2011 while in engineering school as a means of relieving stress. As someone who had never played sports or physically pushed herself, Kristen quickly became enamored with posture to heal her body and live a more vibrant life. The movement fostered a sense of empowerment that seeped into every aspect of her life, so she continued to delve into the other yogic practices. Breath and meditation internalized her healing and she is thankful to be able to share this transformative practice with those around her. She received her 200hr training in Anchorage, AK and teaches yoga in addition to working in the Everglades collecting data on an endangered bird species. In her classes you can expect to focus on safe alignment and exploring how the body responds to external and internal stimuli.
Rosh Mishra: is originally from India, and lived in upstate New York until she moved to Homestead in 2017. She is devoted to both teaching and to everything yoga! She has been certified to teach yoga since 2008, getting her yoga training from Saraswati River Yoga in Bucks County, PA. Her yoga lineage is from Kashmirian Shaivism. She has a PhD in Public Policy and Social Change and has been trained in teaching trauma sensitive yoga.The focus of her life's work has been the engagement of yoga and mindfulness within all communities.
Office Personal (Plant Mom)
Maybelline born in El Salvador, and came to Homestead, Florida in 2006.
She Began her yoga experience when she started working here in May of 2019 at Om-stead Yoga Community. She maintains the studio to ensure the clients have a clean safe space. She welcomes you with a warm smile to check you into class. Enjoys watering every plant in the studio every Saturday and that's how the acquire the name "Plant Mom". Some of her hobbies besides yoga include: Photography, Fashion vlogging, dancing, cuddling with Ryder (her pet cat).
Rashielle began her yoga practice about two years ago. What started as a fun experiment in trying something totally out of her comfort zone became an amazing journey of self-discovery and empowerment. She studied vinyasa yoga under Hayley Milks and received her 200-hour teacher certification in 2016. The teacher training experience was an extremely rewarding and transformative one. Since then, she’s discovered that the more she teaches, the more there is to learn – both inwardly and out. Her practice leads to new surprises every day, and her hope in teaching is to share that feeling of growth and fulfillment with her students.

Jennifer is Om-stead Yoga Community's social media guru and office personnel. She loves to create! Her favorite class is Yin Yoga. She feels a deep connection to spreading love and positive vibes. Yoga changed her life and she found a home here at Om-stead Yoga Community. Here she combines her love to create, her passion to uplift and inspire others, and her love for yoga all in one to express the values of Om-stead Yoga Community as well as upcoming events and class schedules on social media. Her passion is helping others! She is also a certified Law of Attraction Confidence Coach, certified Angel Card Reader and a Certified Kids Yoga Instructor from Kidding Around Yoga.

These 2 beautiful young ladies are the nieces of owner Tony Tamburello, Sofia 14 & Juliana 11. The logo for Om-stead Yoga Community was completely designed by them with absolutely no help from anyone. Every time owner Tony Tamburello see's his logo, he is always reminded of how much he loves his nieces and yoga.
