Vedic Thai Assisted Bodywork is a surrendering release which allows deeper physical and mental openings. Flowing rhythmic compressions using the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers are blended with exotic stretching positions and breath control. The techniques will effectively produce a balanced and harmonious symbiotic communication integrating the body’s vital systems. It is addressing the releasing of the energy blocks, freeing the energy channels of congested negative emotions and thoughts.

Location and Facilities
Om-stead Yoga Community is located near downtown Homestead. Just south of Miami and to the north of the Florida Keys. We have a welcoming lobby area and a wide open studio space that can easily accommodate up to 35 students per class.
Currently the studio is fully climate controlled with yoga cushioned flooring and the studio is softly lit during classes.
We encourage students to bring a mat to practice on and plenty of water for their practice. We also have a few mats available for you to borrow if you do not own one.
